Announcements Can I customize my announcements? Yes. GradAmerica.com gives you 5 text-wording options that we will print on your announcements or you can customize your own announcements.  If you choose to customize your own announcements, you will receive a floppy disc containing the template needed to print your announcements.  Are envelopes included with my announcements? Yes. All graduation announcements include matching inner and outer envelopes. The inner envelope carries only the guests’ name and are not gummed or sealed. The outer envelope is addressed to the guest and used for postal mailing.   Disclaimer GradAmerica.com reserves the right to eliminate or add spacing where necessary, move wording around in order to create the best fit for your wording, abbreviate or spell out words where appropriate, make grammatical changes or additions to words when necessary.  Although we do our best to accurately describe the product, it is your responsibility to verify that the actual product will meet with your satisfaction prior to placing an order. If there is an error on your part, we will be happy to work with you on a re-order of the same item and may be able to secure a small additional discount for the reprint. All information provided to us is kept private and secure. We DO NOT sell your e-mail address to bulk e-mailers. Expedite Orders What's the difference between a Regular and an Expedite Order? At GradAmerica.com, you can place an expedite order (delivery in 3 business days (expedite/rush) if order placed before 2:00pm CST) for an extra $45.00 shipping and handling fee or a regular order  (delivery in 7 business days). Please check around, this service that can not be matched anywhere. Glossary of Terms Stock – We offer white or ivory vellum paper. Vellum is a rich, smooth finish paper. Blind Embossing – A printing method where an image is pressed into paper resulting in a raised design. The embossing is termed “blind” because the design is formed without ink or foil. Debossing - An image is stamped onto paper without ink or foil; it appears "indented.” Emboss Foil Panel – Similar to blind embossing, only this type of printing uses foil on the raised area to add drama and dimension. Thermograph – Adding a resin powder to wet ink, which when heated, creates a raised surface to create this type of printing. Two Matching Envelopes – The traditional set of two envelopes is used with announcements. The outer envelope is addressed to the guest. The inner envelope, with the announcements and enclosures, are enclosed inside the outer envelope. The inner envelope carries only the guests’ names. The inner envelope is not gummed and is not sealed. Graduation Etiquette When sending your announcements... * Announcements should be mailed early enough to arrive two weeks before graduation. * The larger envelope with the gummed flap is the outside envelope. It should be addressed by you personally and with a minimum of abbreviations. If you wish, your return address can be written on the back. * The smaller envelope without the gummed seal is designed to hold your announcement. The name of the person(s) to whom it is sent should be written as if you were addressing them in person. For example: Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle John and Aunt Mary. * Your personal name card can be inserted opposite the announcement text in the slots provided. * The announcement should be placed in the inside envelope with folded edge down and front of announcement facing the envelope flap. The flap should not be tucked inside the envelope. * The smaller envelope should be inserted inside the larger one with flaps facing the same way. Seal the outside envelope and mail first class. The graduation announcement is a way of informing your family and friends of an important milestone in your life. It is not considered a request for gifts, so send to all who have a close personal interest in you as you graduate. Late Orders At GradAmerica.com, there are No Late Orders  !!! If you are rushed for time or don't want to order months in advance, then GradAmerica.com is for you.     Regular orders are delivered in 7 business days.  We also offer an expedite order (guaranteed receipt in 3 business days if order placed before 2:00pm CST) for an extra $45.00 shipping and  handling fee.   GradAmerica.com is the only source that can produce and deliver your expedited order in 3 business days if order placed before 2:00pm CST.  That is our promise.  Otherwise the shipping and handling fee will be waived. Disclaimer: orders received after 2pm are considered next day orders.  (See shipping table).  Orders Can I order by phone, fax or e-mail? No. In order to ensure the quality and detail of your order, GradAmerica.com does NOT accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail.  We do however accept mail orders.  Click here for more information. Can I pay offline with a personal check or money order? Yes.  Click here for more information on fulfilling you order offline.  Will I receive an order confirmation? A detailed receipt will be provided on every order for which a valid e-mail address has been supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the e-mailed receipt immediately upon submission of an order and to notify our customer service department within 5 days of any changes needed. Failure to provide notification of changes within 5 days may result in the inability to make changes without additional cost incurred. Payment How do I pay? GradAmerica.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).  We also accept personal checks and money orders, click here for more information. Returns Can I return or cancel products? Non-Personalized Items may be returned for 80% of the original sales price. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged to the customer and return shipping charges will be made at the customer's expense. Personalized Items may  NOT  be returned. However, when you submit an order to us, we guarantee your order will be correct to your specifications with regards to quantities, spelling, and typestyle chosen. If there is any deviation from the agreed upon order, the incorrect portion of your order will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Requests for replacement of items must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product. Note:  A detailed receipt will be provided on every order for which a valid e-mail address has been supplied. Security Is this a secure website?  Yes.  The shopping cart is hosted through PayPal, which uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).    Shipping How long will it take to receive my order? You will receive your order in 7 business days from order date.  However, during peak times, some items may not be available at time of shipping. You will be notified if your item has been placed on back order and when it will be shipped.  Also, please allow 1 additional week for mailed personal check orders. Please note, we will not guarantee 7 business days when shipping to a P.O. Box, because it has to go through the postal service. How are my products shipped? GradAmerica.com uses UPS and FEDEX for shipping. Primary shipping is done by UPS. Will I receive a shipping notification? GradAmerica.com will send you an e-mail when your order is shipped from our factory if a valid e-mail address has been supplied. We cannot guarantee 7 business days when shipping to P.O. Boxes. Can I get my order sooner? Yes.
